Inanimate object

The strong smell stings my nostrils. It's spicy sauce coats my tongue causing each taste bud to scream in pain. The flaming red sauce burns right through my pupils.

True vision

The short story "Cathedral" really showed that  eyesight does not necessarily mean true vision of the world. In the short story a blind man ends up teaching a man with sight the true meaning of having vision. This blind man although has no vision, had visited and seen more of the world than the man with sight. The man with sight would just sit in his home and miss out on the beauties of the world. This blind man showed even though he has a disability he is still a more well rounded person overall.
The blind man helps the able man when he makes him draw with him. Even though the the man has his sight, the blind man has to help him create the a drawing of a cathedral. The able man is unable to do this because he never took the time to look at a cathedral. This short story just shows that even if you have sight, you might not be using it to its full capabilities.
